Requirements

Video Tutorial

Step 1: Get the Wistia Video URL

Open Wistia

Go to wistia.com and log in to your account.

Copy the video URL

Find the video you want to embed. Copy its URL from the browser address bar.

Step 2: Add the Custom iFrame Widget

Open your page in Elementor

Go to the page where you want the video. Click Edit with Elementor.

Drag the widget onto your page

Search for Custom iFrame in the Elementor widget panel. Drag the widget into your layout.

Step 3: Embed Wistia Video in Elementor

Paste the Wistia URL

In the Content tab, paste the Wistia video URL into the Source URL field. The video player appears in the editor.

Set height and publish

Set Height to 450px or enable Auto Height. Click Update or Publish.

Step 4: Adjust Settings

Height: 450px works for most Wistia videos at standard width.

Auto Height: Let the iFrame resize to fit the video dimensions automatically.

Lazy Load: Enable to load the video only when it enters the viewport. Reduces initial page load time.

Placeholder Image: Upload a thumbnail to display while the video loads.

Troubleshooting

Video shows blank: Confirm the Wistia video is set to public or that your domain has embed access in your Wistia account settings.

Video is cut off: Increase the height or enable Auto Height.
